Drum Wrap Video
We have recorded a seven minute "Drum Wrap Video" and made
it available (FREE) here. To
see our video on recovering a drum with our drum material click Play Drum Wrap
Video (for Windows Media Player).
Note: This file is very large (31 Mb.) and at this time only
modems 256K & faster can correctly play our video (via streaming). You may
also need a newer version of Windows Media Player. "Internet
Explorer" seems to play the video best.
If you cannot get the above streaming video link to work, you might try
to download our video at jamminsamvideo.zip
(it's compressed file size is about 12Mb.) On a dialup connection at 56K
speeds, this may take more than an hour to download, depending on your actual
connection speed.
We suggest that you choose to save the file to your desktop. Once the
download is complete, just double-click the new icon on your desktop to uncompress the ZIP file.
Make note of where the uncompressed file (a WMV file) is put and use Windows Media Player
to play the video locally on your computer.
Note:
Our hi-bond tape can only be purchased through us (only on our
drum wrap). There
are tapes out there to buy (a red color liner being popular), but they
don't reach the quality of what we sell- it is very different. Our newest tape,
which we have sold since 2002, has a white liner top, with a pure
adhesive base- which we have found holds the best. This tape is
expensive for us to buy, even in large quantities, and is the same used to
hold trim on cars in the automotive industry. Red liner tapes,
are made where less aggressive adhesive is sprayed on both sides of a
thin clear liner, which results in a cheaper product- not holding as
well. We have actually gone through several hi-bond tapes to
find the right one, for the right application, and refined our
instructions several times so our customers can have great success every
time.
