How to Order

At this time, to place an order with us, you must call us direct. When ordering drum material, have your drum sizes ready; give the head size first, then the drum shell's depth. Also decide which form of payment you desire. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover Card.

You may also prepay your order (after getting an exact price from us on the phone), with a bank cashier's check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. Make your check payable to "Sam Barnard" and include a note stating the following information: name, full mailing address, telephone number, drum sizes (diameter and depth) and color desired (for drum material), price quoted, shipping amount quoted, how you learned about us, if you have ordered before, and any other helpful information.

Note 1: Excluding shipping & Handling, there is a $20 minimum for hardware orders / $30 minimum for wrap orders to place an order with us.

Note 2: For those ordering from outside of the United States, any import fees are your responsibility.

Note 3: Yes, we ship world-wide via US Postal Service.

Free Samples

To keep our costs down, we limit the number of sample colors we send to no more than 7 samples in three categories of wrap. Also as a condition of this offering we must be given a valid telephone number to contact you / the recipient of the samples.

Price Discrepancies

We take great care in updating our prices. However, sometimes we do not catch all places our prices are listed. At this time we list prices in our catalog (which is updated weekly), and our web site (which have listings in multiple places). It is uncommon to have different prices listed, but every so often it does occur. To get a current price on our products, always call and verify the price with one of our sales people. Price quotes given via telephone over-ride any advertising, websites, older quotes and magazines ads. If you notice any discrepancies, please call and let us know. Thank you.
