About Super Tangerine Glass Glitter
Note: This Glass Glitter is
more reflective than our regular Tangerine Glass Glitter.

There have been glass glitters made in the past (mostly in the early
1980's), but the appearance was not as favorable as the sparkle finishes.
The newer crop of glass glitters (offered in the late 1990's) are the best
to date, which are extremely popular.
Tangerine glass was one of the original finishes offered in the late
1990's and has a very pleasing look. Since then, there have been three
issues of it:
- The first issue came with the original ones offered, but was barely
noticeable that it was different than a sparkle finish.
- The second one (3-4 years later) was much better, but still did not
equal the level of reflectiveness of the original (and current) glass
glitters.
- But the third issue was first sold by Drum Workshop (DW) around the
mid 2000's, and has been referred to as "super tangerine"
glass glitter. And this finish has been sought after by many drummers.
As of today, we sell more glass glitter finishes, than we do sparkle finishes.
