Hello Jammin’ Sam! Just wanted to let you know, that they know of you here in Pensacola, Florida. I work with most all theater groups here and got most of my training in New York, along with my eye for good drums. My drums are of all kinds, due to the needs of the pit, and stage work. These pixs are of the drums I’ve shown off while in use for most Big Band and stage performances. Note: The Buddy Rich kit was covered in 1997 (w/ your wrap). The deep dish snare goes with that kit. The Buddy Rich kit never leaves my house. The swing kit is a mixture of Ludwig and Tama drums, (not vintage) done in 2003 (also w/ your wrap). This set was used to play a 1940’s show called Swingtime Canteen, about the Andrew sisters during WW II. Needless to say, thanks was mentioned in the program for the realistic period set of drums. The latest, of one week, is this Ludwig 6-1/2″x14 tube lug snare– re-built from it’s original state. The classic lugs were damaged, so I used tube lugs. I’m spreading the good news [of your wrap] to as many drummers as I can. You’ll be hearing from me soon. I’m planning to re-cover a Rogers set next. Thanks again for your help in the restoration of these dream drums. Keep on Jammin’
