I’m really excited about my newly-refurbished 1980-82 Pearl “Earth Tone” Series Maple drums. I picked these up locally as a cheap project kit. The original “silver flash” wrap was in very bad shape, but the drums were mostly complete and the shells weren’t damaged. This is my third re-wrapped kit using Jammin Sam wraps. Because I had great experiences with Jammin Sam wraps before, I knew I wanted to buy from you again. I wanted a sparkle finish this time, and also wanted something a bit different than the common blue sparkle or silver sparkle, so I picked LIME GREEN! I’m thrilled with the results, and these look absolutely amazing under stage lights! I still need to put the Pearl badges back on, but I’m not sure if I will since I don’t want to cover up any of the beautiful finish. See attached pictures from two recent gigs. A couple of the pictures were taken with the drums inside a plexiglass drum isolation booth, so that should explain some of the reflections.
