I’m very pleased with how my wrap job came out. I have been on the look out for an 18″ floor tom in Black Diamond finish for my vintage 1957 Ludwig kit when I ran across your website. I took an old Tama floor tom and removed the old long style lugs, drilled holes for the new lugs I purchased and wrapped the drum. The directions were easy to follow and the project was fun to do. Although it wasn’t a perfect match, the people I talked to about it, never noticed.
