Hi,
I just finished a drum restoration project which resulted in a challenge since it required major shell repairs besides filling “extra” holes. The re-wrap phase was straight forward following your detailed instructions, warnings and suggestions. Although the shells were not perfect, the wrap material was aligned as best as I could. Some of the heads were tight but fit the shells. This Ludwig vintage 1966 super classic drum set is “back to life” with its new vintage Sky Blue Pearl as the factory original. In summary, I enjoyed my drum restoration “challenge”!!!
