Pictures sent in (March 2008) by Glenn Giesregen from Lakeland, Minnesota of his Tama Rockstar drum set. Great pictures Glenn!
Glenn writes:
I recently recovered my Tama Rockstar kit with your White Satin Flame covers. As you can see, they turned out awesome. I am guessing the kit was originally of early 90’s/late 80’s vintage, and the original gloss white was starting to yellow badly. This was very noticeable after removing the hardware and comparing the color under the hardware locations against the exposed part of the drum. Recovering the drums was simple enough that I had my 5 year old son give me a hand with the job. The most time consuming part of the project was the hardware polishing. I’m glad I spent the time doing it however, because it made a huge difference in the overall quality of the finished job. Everyone that see’s the kit now thinks that I bought new. Thanks JamminSam!
